Membership includes basic annual labs: CBC, CMP, TSH, LIPID, A1C, and PSA
Skin Biopsy with Pathology
For lesions up to 2cm that need to be sent to pathology.

Rapid strep test involving a throat swab.

Electrical Cardiac Monitoring (EKG)
A non-invasive medical test that records the electrical activity of the heart to detect irregularities in rhythm and identify potential cardiac issues.

Covid-19 Test
PCR Test involving a nose swab with a 3-5 day turnaround.

A test looking for hCG (the Pregnancy Hormone) in a patient’s urine.

Pap Smear
A procedure to test for cervical cancer in women.

A lab test to check for bacteria or other germs in urine that can cause a Urinary Tract Infection.

Injections
Injections are not included in your membership, and are a separate charge.
Steroid Shot
AKA an “8 and 80”, this is the typical steroid injection utilized for a number of allergic or inflammatory processes.

Zofran (Ondansetron)
Primarily used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting. Can also be used to treat allergic reactions.

Joint Injection
Used to inject steroids directly into a joint. In some cases, joint fluid may have to be removed before injection.

Rocephin Injection
Antibiotic injection used to treat a multitude of bacterial infections.

Testosterone Injection
Hormone injection used to treat low testosterone levels in men.

Vitamin B12 Injection
Used to treat low-level deficiencies of this vitamin. A B12 deficiency can cause various health problems, ranging from fatigue to serious neurological issues.

Anti-inflammatory injection used for the short-term treatment of pain and swelling.

Hormone Replacement Therapy Pellets
HRT Pellets are not included in your membership, and are a separate charge.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement therapy can be used to treat a variety of conditions in men. Pricing is based on a normal treatment of up to 1400mg.
